The Sitting Elephant our renowned restaurant in Rishikesh is looking for an experienced and creative member to join our kitchen team. We need someone who is passionate about culinary excellence has expertise in vegetarian cuisine and can innovate with local and seasonal ingredients. As a member of our team you will be responsible for developing and executing menu offerings ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation managing kitchen staff and operations and upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
Prepare and cook Asian & Continental dishes
Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
