This is a fulltime onsite role for an Opening for a Branch ManagerAgencyLife Insurance.

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing agency life insurance operations. Your daytoday tasks will include managing a team setting sales targets ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of Branch Operation Plans with specific focus towards product availability distribution and activity management;
• Ensuring alignment of volume and market share objectives for the Agency business facilitate for PLI products
• Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales against expectation.
• Streamlining and development of processes to ensure smooth management
• Optimize cost across your business
• Ensure service excellence through effective use of different training modules and selling skills program.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience 56 in branch management or agency operations in the life insurance industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Customerfocused attitude and ability to build strong relationships
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
