Job Summary:

We are looking to add a Technical Writter in Changsha China within our Casino Bonus Engine team.

It is a great opportunity to work in a techdriven company. In a relaxed and friendly environment our headquarters are in the heart of the city at Runhe Financial Center full of interesting and challenging projects.

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software content and services. Responsibilities:

  • Compose clear and concise documentation in Confluence and MS Word aimed at technical and nontechnical audiences;
  • Create a broad range of documentation including API documentation user manuals troubleshooting articles architecture documentation procedures release notes etc;
  • Design document templates;
  • Maintain the knowledge base of the project;
  • Edit and review documents;
  • Work with Development Operational and QA teams to obtain information;
  • Ensure everything is diligently documented and the information is communicated to all stakeholders involved.

Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing product manuals release notes training materials etc;
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Atlassian Confluence;
  • Good knowledge of diagramming software screen capture software etc;
  • Experience in researching and gathering relevant technical data from subject matter experts (developers business analysts QAs) and project specifications;
  • Ability to work in a multifunctional team;
  • Knowledge of the software documentation specifics and style guides;
  • Organized and capable of working simultaneously on multiple projects;
  • Excellent and efficient communication skills (written and spoken) in English.

  • 40% work from home over any 3month (can work one month per quarter abroad);
