Role Description:
Intech Safety Pvt Ltd. is a company that manufactures and supplies safety products for various industries including aerospace and FMCG. They offer products such as head protection face protection hearing protection fall protection full body harnesses and respiratory protection.
Intech Safety Pvt Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Gautam Gupta and continued by Aniruddha Gupta. They have received ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates. Intech Safetys vision is to provide the whole range of fall protection equipment to the global market and to offer timely and efficient services to customers in more than 100 different countries across the world.

Channel Partner Management:
Identify recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand the companys
reach and market presence.
Establish strong relationships with existing channel partners providing necessary
support training and resources to enhance their sales capabilities.
Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans sales strategies
and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance
identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions when needed.

Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive channel sales plans and strategies aligned with the companys overall sales objectives.
Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration between direct sales and channel sales activities.
Set sales targets and monitor performance against key metrics providing regular reports and updates to the management team.
Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations including executives sales teams and support staff.
Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners addressing their inquiries resolving conflicts and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams such as marketing product development and operations to align channel strategies and drive business growth.
