Job Responsibilities:
The Construction & Project Assistant provides administrative support to the company in all aspects of the business from construction to property development including
- General admin tasks
- Assist the project construction team with documentation preparation
- Taking defects enquiries from homeowners/occupants and coordinating the defect rectification process with owners and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
- Carry out marketing research and analysis based on different requests.
Requirements
- Must have Engineering or Architecture degree
- 3 years of AUSTRALIAN experience in the construction or property development industry nonnegotiable
- Experience in an administrative role virtual assistant or customer service representative experience related to Construction.
- Professional and respectful manner in attending calls emails and enquiries
- General understanding of the construction process and property maintenance
- Ability to read drawings
- Excellent written & verbal ENGLISH communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills ability to handle issues with DEFECTS.
- Attention to details
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Computer skills including MS Word & Excel
- Highly motivated and strong work ethics
Benefits
