Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient assessment and examination
• Review patient medical history and conduct physical examinations
• Aid in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests and procedures
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients
• Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of the orthopedic doctor
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and support
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records
• Participate in research activities and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Completed DNB/MS in Orthopedics
• Valid medical license to practice
• Excellent understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Empathy and compassion towards patients
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
• Willingness to work long hours and be on call when necessary
