About the role:
The Ad Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of online advertisements while maximizing campaign performance and revenue generation. This position requires a combination of technical expertise analytical skills and attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns
- Manage the daytoday execution of campaigns including ad trafficking creative asset management and bid optimization
- Monitor campaign performance metrics
- Test and iterate on different ad creatives to improve clickthrough rates (CTR) conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness
- Monitor ad inventory availability and ensure accurate forecasting for upcoming campaigns.
- Optimize ad placement strategies to maximize fill rates and revenue while maintaining a positive user experience
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance including key metrics such as impressions clicks conversions and ROI.
- Conduct indepth analysis of campaign data to identify trends insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on datadriven insights to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving tracking and performance discrepancies.
- Liaise with ad tech vendors publishers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth campaign execution
- Stay updated on industry trends
What we expect from you:
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising ad operations or a related role
- Proficiency with ad serving platforms such as Adform or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
