Job Description:

• Qualification
• Educational level: Bachelor degree or above
• Language requirements: fluent in listening speaking reading and writing in business and contract English
• Experience:
• Professional background: Engineering
• Working experience: more than 15 years at least 10 years of GCC/KSA project development experience and those with project performance experience are preferred
• Work history requirements:
1. Work experience in GCC countries
2. Served as a fulltime position in the marketing department of an overseas institution (in charge of work) or GCC regional project chief engineer or business contract manager
3. Have experience in successful development of projects in the GCC/KSA region and play a major role
4. Familiar with government procurement PPP model EPC bidding work content and organizational model under SPV
5. Familiar with internationally renowned design institutes possessing a rich network of contacts and understanding of contract terms during the project development and performance stages
• Personal requirements:
1. With knowledge of EPC and engineering work cost estimation and pricing method
2. Good health and no bad habits
3. Affinity optimism and strong ability to withstand stress
4. Strong language expression ability
