Job Summary:
- Developing advertising opportunities with other business sectors creating exposure of the brand
- Planning and managing events and media
- Securing sponsorships to assist with brand publicity and increase brand awareness
- Evaluating marketing campaign and ROI (marketing expenditure campaign effectiveness etc.)
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
- Conducting market studies and ways to develop marketing innovation
- Contributing to and developing longterm marketing plans and strategies
- Managing annual budget alongside the Marketing Manager
- Tracking marketing expenditure against budget
- Managing the Marketing Coordinator and support the Marketing Manager
- Managing the production of marketing materials this can involve writing proofreading copy approving designs and liaising with agency
- Ensuring efficient communication of marketing activities to operations and supervising tactical offers and their implementation
- Maximizing product perception in the market through different marketing activities and channels
Skills:
- Minimum 2 4 years experience in Marketing or Brand Management
- Experience in Retail Marketing or Food and Beverages
- Proficiency in operating MS Office Applications (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written in both Arabic & English
- Graphic Design Skills (added advantage)
- Effective interpersonal skills willing to work across teams (internal & external)
- Effective reporting and presentation skills and workflows in a clear and engaging manner
- Strong analytical skills
- Good Organizational and selfmanagement skills under pressure
- Proactive in taking initiatives and staying up to date with latest marketing trends
