Oversee and manage daytoday operations to ensure smooth running of the business. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve company objectives. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and make datadriven decisions. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business initiatives and projects. Manage budgets and financial performance to meet revenue and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to drive operational excellence. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field MBA preferred.
