Position Overview: As an Operations Consultant at Synerbridge Investancy LLP you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency conducting market research and analyzing data for our diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills and have a keen interest in actively engaging with client operations.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
  • Actively participate in client meetings to understand their business operations challenges and objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to gain indepth insights into their industry dynamics and specific needs.
Market Research and Sizing:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends competitor activities and potential growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market sizing data to provide valuable insights that support client decisionmaking processes.
Data Analysis:
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret client data providing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop datadriven models to support forecasting budgeting and strategic planning.
Operational Excellence:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Implement best practices to optimize business processes and enhance overall operational performance.
Reporting and Presentation:
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure that reports are clear concise and tailored to the clients specific needs.
Project Management:
  • Manage and oversee the endtoend delivery of consulting projects ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to execute project tasks effectively.
Continuous Learning:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in consulting.
  • Continuously upgrade skills in Excel PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field.
  • Experience in management consulting operations or a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
