Senior Software Engineer Java Microservices

Functions

1. Develop Java applications with a focus on Microservices and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
2. Implement solutions using Springboot Gradle Postgres and establish CI/CD deployment pipelines using Bamboo or similar tools.
3. Construct ecommerce platforms adhering to TestDriven Development (TDD) principles for unit testing contract testing API/UI automation and performance testing.
4. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with crossfunctional teams.
5. Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk New Relic and Grafana for troubleshooting triaging setting up dashboards and alerts.
6. Experience in building unified commerce engines serving websites mobile apps and stores.

Requirements

1. Minimum education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Minimum experience: 8 12 years
3. Experience with POS systems such as Xstore Oracle POS Jumpmind Floreant POS Onestep Java POS
   

Skills

1. Proficiency in Java Microservices and Point of Sale systems (POS)
2. Strong experience with Springboot Gradle Postgres and CI/CD deployment pipelines
3. Familiarity with TestDriven Development (TDD) principles and related testing methodologies
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment
