Job Role: Key Account Manager (Ecommerce Fulfillment Services)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead motivate and mentor a team of 4/5 account executives establishing clear goals providing regular feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.
2. Account Growth: Manage overall account management activities including conducting weekly performance reviews with clients monitoring account health (e.g. listing quality product and service performance) and ensuring
planned SNOP versus actual performance.
3. Marketplace Operations: Streamline daytoday operations across various marketplace accounts focusing on inventory management and sellthrough optimization for head tail and torso SKUs.
4. Operations Management: Oversee Ecommerce operations ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment to meet agreedupon CPTs (Customer Promise Times).
5. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Central Operations Planning Product/Tech and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across functions.
6. Customer Experience: Prioritize client satisfaction by implementing effective escalation mechanisms and maintaining healthy client relationships to drive retention.
7. Tech Enablement & New Initiatives: Drive integration and automation projects with clients and interdepartmental teams establishing turnaround times for project completion.
8. Planning: Proactively engage with stakeholders to plan for peak seasons and festivals coordinating space and capacity requirements with the central planning team.
9. P&L Management: Monitor net revenue versus targets and proactively identify and address risks of underachievement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in Ecommerce sales and operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g. Flipkart Amazon).
Knowledge of D2C platforms (Shopify Magento) and WMS (Unicommerce Vinculum) is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
