Terms: 12 month contract
Location: Hybrid must be local to Salem OR

Responsibilities:
Functional Analyst for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) System for the State of Oregon will be responsible for providing a custom CRM for the State to manage multiple State benefit types for millions of recipients and new applicants. Work generally involves operating in some phase of the Software Development Lifecycle with a large team to ultimately design develop test and deploy new or repaired code to the existing IE System.
Requirements:
3 years experience designing functional specifications and solutions that meet the complex needs of integrated eligibility systems.
Experience supporting a project for Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES);Medicaid
Proficiency in gathering and analyzing system requirements from stakeholders including government agencies healthcare providers and social service organizations.
Skill in developing detailed functional specifications based on gathered requirements ensuring alignment with program goals and regulations.
Experience in planning executing and documenting user acceptance testing to ensure that the integrated eligibility system meets user requirements and functions as expected. - For Deloitte State of Oregon project
