Responsibilities:
- Provide PM/BA support for global payments project focusing on documenting regional payments activities.
- Analyze paymentrelated Operational Risk Events identifying gaps and solutions for resolution.
- Support Ops SMEs in determining business requirements and documenting key data elements for rulebased controls.
- Deliver business requirements testing plans and oversee testing and development of project artifacts.
- Manage project milestones tasks and actions ensuring timely execution to stakeholder expectations.
- Support and manage adhoc business queries and requirements.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders engaging in working groups and workshops.
- Identify and manage project risks exercising autonomy and judgment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and risk assessment in decisionmaking ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications/ Skills:
Mandatory Skills Required:
- 610 years experience in Financial Services/Investment Banking.
- Track record as a Business Analyst/Program Manager.
- Knowledge of Markets Operations and payments workflows.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and lead UAT projects.
- Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- Understanding of payments workflows and controls.
- Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects.
- Motivated selfstarter with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
