Responsiblity : • Assisting lessexperienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questionsposed by customers during outbound telephonecalls. • Providing support to less experiencedSales Representatives as needed. • Identifyingpotential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling,and email communications. • Preparing anddelivering sales presentations to potential and existingcustomers. • Preparing regular sales reports aswell as sales territory plans. • Researchingcompetitors’ products, pricing, and product success todetermine customer preferences. • Developinginnovative sales strategies to achieve salesgoals. • Promptly submitting customers'purchase orders to the relevant department forprocessing. • Resolving customer complaints in atimely and professional manner to maintain customerloyalty. • Expanding industry knowledge byattending educational workshops and reading professionalpublications.
