Inside Sales Coordinator

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information pricing and quotations.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with production logistics and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports including sales performance analysis and forecasts.
• Assist in the organization of sales events trade shows and promotional activities.
• Handle customer complaints and issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing materials.
• Keep abreast of industry trends competitors and market conditions.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
