As a Customer Care Representative you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers enjoy a memorable and delightful stay experience.
Primary Duties
- Assist guests with inquiries address concerns promptly and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer queries via phone and email providing information on bookings activities and Dutch market insights.
- Offer guidance on amenities and services swiftly addressing customer complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Aid customers in booking accommodations meals and leisure activities ensuring accuracy in booking details and billing information.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in Dutch language (C2 level).
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail autonomy and exceptional interpersonal skills.
