Job Title: Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst
Position Responsibilities:
Building and owning up quarterly forecasts and annual budgets in close collaboration with
onshore finance and business partners. In depth analysis of driving the forecast/budget review
calls to finalize the numbers.
Financial Reporting and provide Management Insights that can be provided to senior leadership
and Board.
Report on financial performance and provide insights to the leaders.
Analyze past results perform variance analysis identify trends and highlight the key drivers.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and
forecasts.
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
Preparing financial reporting and analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis for the departments.
Monitoring all accounts to ensure transactions are current and up to date. Researching and
resolving any invoice discrepancies or other issues.
Participate in crossfunctional meetings to resolve recurring reporting issues.
Suggest automation and process improvement.
Drive opportunities to leverage / improve quality & efficiency.
AdHoc Reporting and Analysis.

A bachelors degree in finance and 45 years of related experience. Masters degree will be an
advantage.
