Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to generate highquality leads.
Plan execute and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms like Facebook Google and others focusing on paid search Search Engine Optimisation display advertising social media advertising and email marketing.
Conduct thorough audience research to identify target segments and develop customer personas for effective lead targeting and messaging.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives landing pages and lead capture forms that drive conversion.
Implement lead tracking and attribution mechanisms to accurately measure and report campaign performance including lead quality and cost per lead.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data using industryleading analytics platforms providing regular reports and insights to clients.
Identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Utilize CRM tools to nurture leads and create effective lead nurturing workflows that drive higher conversion rates.
Manage crossfunctional teams including creative content and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Paid campaigning knowledge (PPC FB Ads Google Ads) is a must.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities
Strong project management skills
Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Should be passionate about the Edtech sales/education sector.
A gogetter who is willing to work individually under pressure to meet the desired result for the company.

Capable of analytical thinking and problemsolving to ensure integrity and customercentricity.
