Work Location: 222 S Riverside Plaza Chicago IL 60606

Hybrid: Local to Chicago office; Hybrid 2x a week

Rate: $21.00/hr W2

Schedule: MF 8am5pm

Duration: 3 months with potential extension/conversion

Job Overview:

In this role you will be a key interface between the Sales Representatives and the datadriven decisionmaking process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be fielding data requests from Sales and responding with the delivery of accurate data from Salesforce in a preformatted Excel tool.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to understand their data needs gather requirements and provide timely and accurate data support.
• Utilize Salesforce to extract and format sales data ensuring its integrity accuracy and relevance for delivery to sales reps.
• Additional responsibilities may include the maintenance of Excelbased reports dashboards and visualizations for leadership appraisal.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to optimize data collection reporting and analysis workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or a related field. A combination of the current active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple data requests and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
