Responsibilities:

• Install and repair plumbing products such as water heaters toilets faucets and other products
• Diagnose the condition of plumbing systems troubleshoot malfunctions determine needed repairs and execute repairs
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
• Evaluate customer requests provide estimates and price projects
• Follow established service system processes and procedures including accurately entering customer data and notes into iPad after each customer visit
• Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer

Requirements:

You will be asked to perform plumbing service repair installation and maintenance services for residential small business and commercial customers.

• A minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED
• 4 years experience as Service Plumber total of 6 years overall experience required
• Plumbing License
• Must have great communication skills and enjoy providing highquality customer service to homeowners
• Must be able to operate company van (clean and valid driver's license is required)
• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
