Responsibilities:

Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy ensuring conversion to concise and accurately recorded credit facilities.

Prepare Credit Approvals (CAs) conduct prescreening of Mortgage applications track CA progress during the approval process and ensure approvals are obtained in compliance with policy and accurately recorded in the database.

Maintain accurate insurance records and controls to ensure timely followup and renewals of required insurance for equipment and equipment liability.

Perform data entry for Mortgage facility/GML facilities where applicable.

Review and prepare redemption quotations for Mortgage where applicable.

Retrieve portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings.

Requirement:

Prefers 2 years of banking experience.
