About the role
We are seeking a talented AI/ Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in developing and implementing cuttingedge AI solutions for our industryleading Ad Tech platform.
Role Title: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Trivandrum / Mohali

Roles & Responsibilities
- Designing and developing data models and pipelines.
- Design develop and deploy machine learning models for various Ad Tech applications such as:
- Realtime bidding (RTB) optimization
- Ad targeting and personalization
- Fraud detection and prevention
- Campaign performance optimization
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into the Ad Tech platform.
- Develop and maintain efficient training pipelines for machine learning models.
- Monitor model performance identify areas for improvement and iterate on models.
- Stay uptodate on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to Ad Tech.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
You are close if you have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in applying machine learning to solve realworld problems (experience in Ad Tech a plus).
- Proven experience in building training and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch etc.).
- Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages (SQL Java etc.).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with big data platforms (Spark Hadoop etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Understanding of the Ad Tech industry.
