Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidates is responsible for handling bench sales marketing of IT consultants.
• Sourcing job requirements from prime vendors preferred vendors & clients.
• Marketing of bench consultants negotiating the best rates following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
• Regular interaction and followup with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects.
• Understanding of various technologies and tools.
• The Candidate should maintain excellent relationships with vendors clients and consultants.
• Experienced working with preferred vendors and on layers model.
• Candidate should have good communication/analytical skills.
