Chatbot Developer
Malvern PA (Onsite)
Primary Skills:
Proven experience of 3 5 years in chatbot development with a focus on the Kore.ai platform
Experience with API integration and database connectivity
Experience with chatbot deployment and maintenance in production environments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with chatbot analytics tools and reporting.
Experience in designing and implementing multilingual chatbots.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills
Kore.ai certification or training.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for chatbot projects.
Design develop and maintain chatbot solutions on the Kore.ai platform.
Create conversation flows intents entities and dialogs to optimize chatbot interactions.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot intelligence.
Integrate chatbots with external systems APIs and databases.
Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Monitor chatbot performance and make improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI
