Temp - Non-Clinical - Dietary Manager Days North Adams MA

This Manager is responsible to support administrative and operational direction for the safe efficient effective daily Operations work flow and provides supervision of the daily operations for dietary services of Berkshire Health Systems nutrition resources and programs including food production catering cafeteria service receiving and patient service. Acts on behalf of the organization supervising staff to ensure that quality meals are provided for all patients visitors and other customers at a level consistent with department standards. Ensures daily practices are in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Holiday OT Multipliers: 1.25

• 2 years CURRENT food services supervisory or leadership experience required.
  
• 3 years nutrition experience
• Experience with Hospital regulations and compliance required
  
• Proven leadership skills in quality and process improvement required
  
• Customer service experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• MUST BE A NATIONALLY REGISTERED DIETITIAN (ADA) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• MA Dietitian / Nutritionist STRONGLY PREFERRED
• SERVESAFE Servesafe Certification STRONLY PREFERRED
  
• Bachelor degree in dietetics or related field (MASTERS PREFERRED and will receive first consideration)
• Meditech Client Server experience preferred
  
• Experience in a multihospital system preferred
  
• Experience working with government and thirdparty payers preferred
  
• Process improvement certification preferred
  
• Completed internship or other approved pathway to academy of nutrition and dietetics and requirements for eligibility
