Future State Geospatial Development
Geospatial integration and capacity building are integral to the business operations and mission delivery of RD. RD plans to expand integrated geospatial capabilities into enterprise online loan application systems as well as loan underwriting systems. The geospatial analysis and data collected by these systems enables RD to streamline the processes of determining loan eligibility the loan approval process and improved reporting and outreach capabilities.
Required Consultant tasks in this area may include requirements such as:
Provide analysis design solution recommendations and implementation for integration of various data sources for modernizing Geospatial visualizations providing insight not currently available
Support for and compatibility with RD data platforms and architecture enabling continued modernization of enterprise solutions
Design and solution implementation for various data outputs for consumption by RD users other USDA Mission Areas and/or other US Government Agencies. These outputs can take various forms such as formatted electronic reports XML data sets Comma Separated
data sets or other Government to Government defined structures.
Prepare documentation for all solutions implemented under this Focus Area
