SSIS DATA Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Architect with expertise in data integration and Microsoft SSIS to join our team. As a Data Architect you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining our data architecture to ensure efficient data integration storage and retrieval processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust data integration solutions using Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to efficiently extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.
• Design and implement data models schemas and databases to support business needs while ensuring data integrity security and performance.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes workflows and pipelines to automate data movements and transformations.
• Optimize data architecture and integration processes for scalability reliability and performance.
• Conduct performance tuning troubleshooting and optimization of SSIS packages and data workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration data architecture and Microsoft SSIS technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members on data architecture principles best practices and SSIS development techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. (Masters degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role with a strong focus on data integration and Microsoft SSIS.
• Indepth knowledge of data modeling database design principles and data warehousing concepts.
• Handson experience with Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and other relevant Microsoft BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting stored procedures and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS) and big data technologies is a plus.
