• Responsible for production planning of Float lines & Secondary lines according to the Demand and Market requirements.
• Coordinating production workflow between production lines to ensure maximum performance.
• Forecasting the resources needed to meet market demand.
• Developing & Monitoring Production schedules for every individual production line.
• Ensuring availability of product mix required for market needs.
• Monitoring inventory levels & adjusting production schedules accordingly.
• Updating management on variances from sales & production plans.
• Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management on time.
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays.
• IT developments related to production and service needs.
• Product code management.
