Job Description General Medicine MD/DNB

Department: Hospital & Health Care

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Chief Medical Officer

Introduction:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations diagnose medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and provide ongoing medical management
• Perform medical procedures and interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
• Stay current with medical advancements and participate in continuing medical education
• Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff
• Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and ethical standards
• Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DNB) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in General Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Proven experience as a General Medicine MD/DNB
• Excellent knowledge of medical procedures treatments and medications
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
