Requirements

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Create Visual Assets:

Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials including but not limited to print collateral digital assets social media graphics and presentations.

Produce highquality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message.
Animation Skills:

Create engaging animations to enhance our online presence and promotional materials.

Utilize animation tools and software to bring static designs to life.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in visual elements across all platforms maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and enhance the visual identity of the brand. Collaboration:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and web development to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve the desired outcome.

Stay Updated on Design Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends design tools and emerging technologies.

Apply innovative design concepts to enhance the overall visual presence of our brand.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Prioritize tasks effectively ensuring timely delivery of design assets

Requirements

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).

2. Familiarity with web design tools and technologies.

Creativity:

1. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.

2. Strong understanding of design principles layout and typography.

Communication Skills:

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

2. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

Attention to Detail:

1. Meticulous attention to detail in both design and proofing.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Adaptability:

1. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
