Role Summary:

As a US IT Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing interviewing and placing IT professionals in contract contracttohire and fulltime positions with our clients in the United States. This position requires a proactive approach excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the US IT recruitment process.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing activities using various platforms (e.g. job boards networking sites social media) to identify qualified candidates for IT positions.
  
• Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates skills experience and suitability for client requirements.
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of current IT trends and technologies to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
  
• Foster and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver timely and effective staffing solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to US IT recruitment.
  
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the teams success.
  
• Provide regular updates and feedback to management and clients on recruitment activities.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) Science (B.Sc/M.Sc in CS or IT) or Engineering (B.E/B.Tech in ECE EEE CSE IT).
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in US IT recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of technical terms and IT roles.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
