1. Candidate must be from Information Technology Background
2. Experience of working on BFSI and Govt RFP RFE RFI RFQ and EOI
3. Good understanding of tender process management requirements and dynamics
4. Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software of various leading OEMs
5. Understanding of commercial aspects of bidding including risk management
6. Good written English and technical writing experience
7. Ability to review and improve written bid submissions
8. Confident dealing with both internal stakeholders and customers at all levels (CXO)
9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Power Point)
10. Also possess strong communication skills (Verbal and Written) interpersonal skills time management skills PR skills and presenting skills
11. High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
