Cleaner

• Clean and supply designated facility areas
  
• Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting sweeping vacuuming mopping cleaning ceiling vents restroom cleaning etc.
  
• Perform and track routine inspections
  
• Perform and track maintenance activities
  
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
  
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
  
• Maintain cleaning equipment and communicate any potential issues to Management
  
• Identify cleaning supplies and notify Management when running low
  
• Empty garbage and keep garbage areas clean and covered
  
• Effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  
• Communicate effectively and courteously with co workers
  
• Other duties will be assigned as needed
