Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Team Lead to join our Training and Placements department. Our organization is dedicated to empowering students and connecting them with exciting career opportunities. As an Associate Team Lead you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students through their academic journey and transition into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Progress Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate the academic and professional progress of students enrolled in our programs.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their employability skills.
Career Development Assistance:
Assist students in crafting compelling resumes mastering interview techniques and developing effective job search strategies.
Offer personalized career guidance to help students achieve their professional goals.
Alignment of Job Roles:
Collaborate with students to identify their strengths interests and career aspirations.
Match students with suitable job roles and employment opportunities that align with their skills and ambitions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with students recruiters and various internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of placement activities and events.
Organize workshops masterclasses placement drives and networking events to facilitate meaningful connections between students and industry professionals.
Requirements
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
Passion for guiding and mentoring students in their career development journey.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and collaborate effectively within a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess student progress and align job roles accordingly.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets Docs Slides etc.) is required.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is preferred.
Bachelors degree in any field.
Previous experience in career counseling training or placement services is advantageous.
Candidates must be residents of Mumbai.
