As we expand our operations to Mumbai particularly in Mira Bhayandar we are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor specializing in High Rise Buildings with expertise in Mivan Shuttering. Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Land Surveyor to play a pivotal role in our highrise building projects utilizing Mivan Shuttering technology. The ideal candidate will contribute to the precision and accuracy of our construction projects by conducting thorough land surveys and providing valuable insights to the project team.
Responsibilities:
- Site Surveys:
- Conduct detailed land surveys for highrise building projects employing Mivan Shuttering technology.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment to measure and map the project site accurately.
- Mivan Shuttering Expertise:
- Possess specialized knowledge in Mivan Shuttering techniques and ensure its effective implementation in surveying activities.
- Collaborate with the construction team to align surveying requirements with Mivan Shuttering specifications.
- Topographical Mapping:
- Generate precise topographical maps of the project site considering elevation changes and other relevant factors.
- Provide crucial data for the design and construction teams to optimize project planning.
- Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with quality control engineers to ensure that the construction aligns with survey specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain the accuracy of survey data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze survey data and provide detailed reports to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address any discrepancies or challenges identified during the surveying process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor with a focus on highrise building projects and Mivan Shuttering.
- Proficiency in using advanced surveying instruments and software.
- Strong understanding of Mivan Shuttering technology and its application in construction.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in surveying processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
