Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our team with at least 1 year of Experience:

Qualification:A bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or an MBA.

Role And Responsibilities:

Planning Development Activities

Validating Requirements

Standardizing the software development process

Business analysis Tools techniques and methodologies such as;

• Business requirements definition and management. E.g creating user cases stories acceptance criteria

• Business process design and modelling Analyse and document business processes and workflows to understand asis state defining the tobe state and identifying improvement opportunities

• Testing Trial & Validation techniques working with project stakeholders to validate their requirements i.e. through reviews walkthroughs and User Acceptance testing

• Humancentred design practices contributing to service blueprints wireframes journey maps process maps/flows

Communication Able to express thinking clearly to others when writing speaking and presenting. Able to facilitate design workshops and walkthroughs.

Problemsolving Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.

Performing indepth analysis of the companys operations and market dynamics including comprehensive market research.

Stakeholder Management Comfortable in front of wide variety of audiences to include senior management.

Managing ambiguity Able to deal with uncertainty and risk and adapt to change.

MustHave Skills:

• Business requirements definition and management. e.g. creating use cases user stories acceptance criteria.

• Business process design and modelling Analyse and document business processes and workflows with the objective of understanding asis state defining tobe state and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Knowledge of Power BI SQL Microsoft Suite SWOT Google Docs

• Testing Trial & Validation techniques working with project stakeholders to validate their requirements i.e. through reviews walkthroughs and User Acceptance testing.

• Humancentred design practices contributing to service blueprints wireframes journey maps process maps / flows.

• Communication Able to express thinking clearly to others when writing speaking and presenting. Able to facilitate design workshops and walkthroughs.
