Jr Project Manager

Responsibilities

The Project Manager in this role will support a multiyear and divisionwide technologyrelated modernization initiative applying technical expertise to improve project results.

Help drive modernization efforts across IIGT help refine the details to enable SI teams to prioritize the work

Manage ambiguity and drive relationships across subdivisions to help move the needle in the modernization roadmap.

Manages technology projects or technical workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops implements and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables milestones and required tasks.

Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders including leaders team members and senior managers.

Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

Proactively identifies manages and mitigates risks and any related issues on technology projects. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buyin as appropriate.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritizing work in an efficient manner

Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Establishing and developing relationships with others

Experience with Confluence JIRA technology dashboards and other big picture planning practices.
