Overview:

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function. This includes recruitment employee relations training and development performance management and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager collaborates with the leadership team to support the company s strategic goals and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Conduct effective performance evaluations
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Sustain the work environment by designing and implementing office policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and decisionmaking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Experience in conflict resolution and investigations
  • Proven track record of implementing HR programs and policies
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
