Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Experience: 1 to 4 Years in the Sales Department of the Banking and Insurance domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong partnerships with employee and RM within corporate and housing finance clients.

• Identify potential leads present product benefits tailor solutions and close sales.

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the policy lifecycle.

• Work with underwriting and operations for efficient policy issuance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offering

• Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Strong problemsolving analytical and organizational abilities

• Proven ability to build trust and longterm relationships with institutional clients
