Tele counsellor

• Conduct remote counseling sessions with clients via telephone or video conferencing platforms.
• Provide compassionate and nonjudgmental support to clients experiencing mental health issues relationship problems stress anxiety depression and other concerns.
• Listen actively to clients concerns assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and empower them to make positive changes in their lives.
• Utilize evidencebased therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients address and overcome challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.
• Stay informed about current research trends and best practices in counseling and mental health treatment.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Masters degree in counseling psychology social work or related field.
• Licensed or certified counselor preferred (e.g. LPC LMFT LCSW).
• Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services preferred.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Empathy compassion and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients.
• Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and selfcare.
