Position: Sr. Manager FP&A

Base Location: Kerala Kottayam

Reporting to: Director

Position summary: AVG is looking to hire an experienced finance professional to lead the FP&A function for all the group companies. The person will lead and manage the FP&A budget forecasts processes and reporting of financial data to aid business planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing Reports:

• Develop and support Management Information Systems (MIS). Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate manner.
  

• Preparation of daily weekly and monthly reports and assist in preparing MIS and other reports.
  

• Assist in preparing a monthly MIS reporting package which includes financial performance & variance analysis reports on key operational areas etc.
  

Financial Planning Budgeting Forecasting & Variance Analysis:

• Preparing Budgets Forecasts Business Plans and related Executive Summaries and Analyses.
  

• Assist in Preparing Business Forecast models for the Company.
  

• Assist in Financial Analysis Health Check and Management Audits and be involved in various Finance and Accounting activities / tasks.
  

Technical Skills:

• Exceptional spreadsheet (Excel and Google Sheet) skills
  

• Ability to quickly develop effective understanding of logical accounting data structures and data interrelationships to evaluate and make recommendations on process/system controls and reporting
  

• Work on Business Intelligence and other tools as suggested by the Company
  

• Indepth detailed understanding of accounting concepts
