Hydraulics system and Fabrication engineer

1. Fabrication Monitoring:

• Supervise and monitor the fabrication of components for hydraulic systems.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to address any issues and improve processes.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for fabricated components.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document and report any deviations from quality requirements and recommend corrective actions.

1. Hydraulic System Analysis:

• Analyze hydraulic system designs to ensure they meet performance specifications.
• Conduct simulations and tests to evaluate the efficiency and reliability of hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements based on analysis findings.

1. Performance Monitoring:

• Install and set up monitoring systems for hydraulic systems.
• Monitor the performance of installed hydraulic systems and identify any deviations from expected performance.
• Implement adjustments and improvements to optimize system efficiency.

1. Control System Management:

• Implement and manage control systems for hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the control and operation of hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to enhance control system functionalities.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Hydraulic Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in fabrication monitoring and quality assurance.
• Preferred if experience in JackUp Barges
• Strong understanding of hydraulics and fluid dynamics.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
