JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Experience in Production Support and Maintenance Projects
• Worked in incident, problem, and change management.
• Good understanding of Service Now
• Understanding of Major incident processes, strong triaging skills, and excellent communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of DevOps and SRE.
• Experience in Microsoft Tech stack .Net, IIS, SSIS, SSRS, VB, Azure, SQL server.
• Experience in application monitoring, log analytics, and understanding of SLA, SLO, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in Wealth domain COTS products.
• Domain knowledge of Wealth and Banking
• Understanding of using SCM tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and Continuous Integration tool Azure DevOps/ Jenkins.

Willingness to learn other applications and cross-skill on other technologies.
