Job Role:

• Thorough understanding of various insurance products coverage options and policy details.
• Lead and motivate a team of agents setting clear performance expectations and fostering a resultsdriven culture.
• Effective verbal communication to explain policy details answer client questions and address concerns.
• Building a professional network to generate referrals and leads.
• Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Recruit train and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Age: 21 to 38
• Communication: Good communication Skill
