Job Description

Knowledge of IATF 16949 Documentation

Raw Material Cost control

Over all production handling

Manpower management

Theoritical knowledge and working knowledge and training efficiency to sub-ordinate for foundry areai.e Melting, moulding, core shop, sand plant, pouring , fettling & shot blast, quality inspection and metallurgy.

Auditing skills

To meet the management budget target i.e Energy target, JPH, Rejection(CR,CRAM & Customer), cosumption of material,

To improve process up time.

To achive the production target within the budget.

To achive zero accident and 5S target according to budget

To achive the EBITA as per budget. Core sand rejection, Steel shot consumption
