Software Quality Assurance Manager

• Develop and implement a comprehensive software quality assurance strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers providing guidance support and training as needed.
• Define and document quality standards processes and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all projects.
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks tools and processes to streamline testing efforts and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with software development teams to identify and prioritize test cases create test plans and execute test cycles.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of software deliverables to identify defects deficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks and issues related to software quality and work with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in software quality assurance and automation.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies processes and best practices.
• Handson experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium Robot Framework etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in software quality assurance (e.g. ISTQB ASQ etc.).
• Experience in Mortgage Lending.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud etc.).
