Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in the German language at a B2 level (Candidates who do not meet this requirement initially may still be considered with the possibility of undergoing language assessment in the coming weeks)

Preferred background in nursing with previous experience

Desire to work in a nursing home environment

Demonstrated social skills along with physical and psychological resilience

Ability to take responsibility strong communication skills and a proven capacity to work effectively in teams

Clean criminal record

Degree Recognition Process in Germany:

Newly hired employees will engage in a comprehensive preparatory course and proficiency assessment lasting approximately 6 months. This program commences 46 weeks after the candidates arrival in Germany following the application for an education voucher through the German Employment Agency.

Participants will be equipped with a laptop and headset for course participation. The course structure includes an intensive week followed by two days of classes per week (Monday and Tuesday) complemented by practical training within the facility and handson experience as a nursing assistant.

Integration Support:

A dedicated contact person within the facility will be available to address both workrelated and personal inquiries facilitating smoother integration into the team and community.

Relocation and Housing Assistance:

Housing accommodations will be arranged with rent deductions from the salary to alleviate initial financial burdens upon arrival in Germany. (Rent payments will commence only after receiving the first salary.)

Furnished rooms will be provided for comfort and convenience.

Transportation from the airport and a welcoming orientation will be coordinated by local management.

Assistance with obtaining essential items such as a SIM card will be available to facilitate a smooth transition.
