Branch Manager in Retail Branch Banking

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented leader to join our team as Branch Manager in our Retail Banking Department.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of a branch driving growth exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead motivate and develop a highperforming team to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to bank policies and regulations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for various financial products and services.
• Crosssell and upsell products and services to existing customers exceeding customer expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer queries and concerns.
• Manage branch budgets effectively ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Monitor and control branch expenses identifying areas for cost reduction.
• Regularly review and update security measures to safeguard customer information and prevent fraud.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Banking preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Deep understanding of Indian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and branch banking software.
